One pool tag is provided for each household. The purpose is to give your

number of guests you allow to use the pool at one time.
Homeowners are responsible for their children and guests and shall be held
financially responsible for damage or vandalism caused by them.
The association shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal
property of members or their guests.

BEING TOWED AWAY AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Clubhouse Rules & Regulations
The clubhouse is not available for reservations on holidays or holiday weekends
such as July 4th, Memorial Day and Labor Day. In order to be fair to all
homeowners, it is suggested to keep bookings to twice a year per family.
Bookings are for the clubhouse only. The pool area dock and gazebo may not
be reserved. The pool and restrooms will remain available to all property
owners and their guests. If you plan on using the grill, you must bring your
own bottled gas and CLEAN the grill when finished.
There will be no fee charged for use of the clubhouse, but the homeowner
will be responsible for cleaning up after the event leaving the building
in its previous condition. If additional cleaning is necessary, the homeowner
will be assessed a cleaning fee of $50.00. Please place trash in large trash
bags (provided) and remove it from the premises. Owners in good standing
only (having paid dues and assessments) are allowed the use of amenities.
